My God, everything’s just so amazing! Looking ahead into the deep blue expanse, the endless ocean seems to merge with the horizon, so that it’s difficult to figure out exactly where’s the water ends and the sky begins.
You realize that there is no one else on the beach. Hooray! You are on your own in that corner of Paradise. Tucked away from the noisy metropolis. No crowds. No cars. No traffic jams. It’s the Great Escape. You have managed to elude the regular boring routine or another stressful day.
A gentle breeze kisses your face as you look over your right shoulder into her eyes. You smile widely and think “it’s just the two of us.” You’re satisfied. You’re happy.

Sometimes in life, we get stuck in the daily grind of living. We approach our jobs as a mundane task of punching our time cards when we arrive and punching them when we leave. Idly we sit at our desks spending most of our days there.
We turn on the computer screen, waiting for the blue or white hue to illuminate our faces. As you begin to sip your rather chilled and tall coffee, you notice that you are the only person left in the office.
Did you miss the memo? Everyone is on their family vacation. Isn’t that the button that your spouse and kids keep pressing? Your family, of course, appreciates your hard work. You have been working so hard this year to make your family proud. Yet, more importantly, they would love to spend quality time with you.
Think about it. When was the last time you took a family vacation? No, making a trip out to the shopping center does not classify as a family vacation, as much as an adventure it is traveling with your spouse and kiddos.
I am talking about a trip where you can smell the salt from the water in the air, taste the juices from the local tropical fruits. Make sandcastles and bury each other neck deep into the beach.
There’s so much more fun activities your family can do. What about hiking nature trails? Or cycling around a local settlement together? Make it a point to see the native culture around you. Are you still sitting there impatiently, waiting for your shift to be over when it is only time for lunch?
Do you remember the family vacations you had always dreamt about? Need a little kick in the butt to buy that ticket? Well, it’s time to go. Sorry, you don’t have any excuses.

TRAVEL TO THE BAHAMAS
The Bahamas is a coral archipelago with 700 islands and more than 2000 cays scattered over 100,000 square miles of the Atlantic Ocean, about 50 miles off the coast of Florida. The population of the Islands ranges from deserted to packed, and the most visited are Grand Bahama and Paradise Island. Home to the Andros Barrier Reef, the Bahamas are a scuba divers paradise and some of the best tropical islands to visit in the Caribbean.
Diving Thunderball Grotto, immortalized in the James Bond movie Thunderball, and the black coral gardens of Bimini are not to be missed. The crystal clear waters of the Bahamas are the clearest in the world and offer fantastic visibility of up to 200 feet or more.
Discovered by Columbus, exploited by the Spanish and plundered by pirates, the Bahamas now happily welcome visitors today. It is a great family vacation spot, with something for everyone: From fascinating historic tours and lavish resorts for ultimate pampering to swimming with dolphins, fishing, boating, kayaking, diving or doing nothing at all on one of the spectacular white beaches.
